Do you desire to travel the world, BUT are scared of how it will all work out?

Do you desire to feel empowered enough to create the life of your dreams while traveling the world?

Often people desire to achieve a specific dream, yet there is always a but statement following thereafter.

For example, “I want to travel the world, but I am too nervous it may not work out.”

This simple statement creates an internal dialogue of confusion that exists not only within your brain, but your nervous system as well. You express your desire to travel, yet at the same time you are telling yourself that you do NOT trust yourself to manifest this desire.

What this means is, the foundation on which you begin to create and build your desires is not aligned. When your thoughts do not match your belief system of what is possible, it creates disruption in your body, in your feelings, and in your mindset. This internal disruption is what can cause anxiety, depression, or sickness.

So, the mindset hacks that I can offer you in order to shift your belief system into alignment with your dreams and desires are:

  1. Become aware. Ask yourself “Am I more afraid that my dreams MIGHT come true, or do I know (without a shadow of a doubt) that my dreams are in fact coming true?”

  2. Write. Start writing down whatever it is that you dream of, EVERYWHERE. Whether it is to travel, to be more financially stable, to attract greater abundance… the world (and your desires) are limitless.

  3. Believe in yourself. Instill the belief that you are AMAZING at technology and social media (literally look in the mirror and fall in love with social media + technology), because this is your ticket to creating a freedom lifestyle.

  4. Create. When you commit to establishing an aligned foundation, it will allow you to take action and create offerings for the world from an expectant energy space… not a space of nervousness.
